FuturistiSiti: artistic events for the Futurism centenary celebration. The Futurist Sensimostra Exhibition.

Even in the CastelMostra Futurista (Futurist CastlExhibition), put up in occasion of the Futurist week in Rapallo (2006), besides reproductions of Futurist paintings and early 1900s objects, we brought in the artists’ voices and sounds, together with period images and movie clips, by using multimedia technology. Some years later, thanks to the latest technologies and constant experimentation, we are able to offer the SensiMostra Futurista, the Futurist multimedia show of the senses. In a high-tech atmosphere, among transparent projections, holograms, touch-screens, laser lights, the Futurist painters’ colours, period images and video clips rise, immersing visitors in a unique multimedia artistic dimension. The visit itinerary also provides special areas where you can live again the sensorial experiences created by the artists of movement: from taste-touch-tablets to interactive dynamism, to the combination of music with smell, etc… .

	“FuturistiNow!”: a SensExhibition for great Hotel. Next exhibition in the hotel Italia e Lido of Rapallo (Genoa) from February 21 th to March 15 st 2009, every day (9-12 / saturday 15-18). In the exhibition will be proposed some extracts of the futurist magazines and the international and national press, with articles, photo and images of the period. The principal subjects of reference are: the 1909 manifesto, the futurism in Liguria, the architecture, the theater, the painting, the fashion, the music and the futurist poetry. A tape will propose the images and the historical context of futurismo. Finally, between lights and fragrances, the visitors can try the gustatory-tactile experiences with the special futurist tablets.
